The Top Gun Fly Casting Competition brings together accomplished casters from across the region to test their skills in a series of timed events designed to push both technique and precision to the limit.

Competitors cast a variety of fly rods and lines in events that challenge both long-distance casting and pinpoint accuracy under pressure. The competition combines the excitement of tournament casting with the art and athleticism of fly fishing.

The Top Gun Competition has become one of the Expo’s signature attractions, drawing enthusiastic crowds throughout the weekend. Spectators can watch expert casting techniques up close, learn from some of the best casters in the sport, and experience the energy of live fly fishing competition.

Cash prizes, premium fly rods and reels, and bragging rights are awarded to the top competitors. Qualification rounds begin Thursday and continue throughout the Expo weekend, culminating in the championship finals on Saturday afternoon.
