Description: Aquatic insects in life transitions are a very important food source for trout. During these changes their escape abilities are compromise making them easy food for trout just making a living. This includes emergers, cripples (injured bugs), or egg laying or dead spinners. Terrestrials can also fit into this picture. In this class Scott will take you through some of his favorite patterns for fooling selective trout and also include entomology and when, and how to fish these flies. This class is for intermediate or better tyers. Basic tools and 70 and 140 denier sized thread in a natural color is required.
This will be held at the Mountain America Expo Center. Lunch is included.
